Padre Pio Prep seeks to combine the best aspects of classroom instruction and homeschool education and focusing on critical thinking, eloquence, and virtue. We aim to create a system where every child can thrive.
Students attend on-campus classes for 2.5 to 3 days per week, engaging in group discussions, hands-on learning, teacher-led instruction, and specialized subjects.
The rest of the week consists of homeschool assignments provided by the academy’s teachers, completed at home under parental supervision.
The trivium curriculum is divided into grammar (grades K-6), logic (grades 7-9), and rhetoric stages (grades 10-12).
Core subjects include Latin, mathematics, literature, history, science, theology, and the fine arts. Students can also choose electives such as additional foreign languages and career-based courses, complemented by educational field trips.
Parents play an active role in their child's learning with weekly lesson plans and resources to ensure continuity between in-person and homeschool days.
Regular communication between parents and teachers will foster a collaborative partnership.
